Final Sign-off: Client or third-party inspector (TÜV, SGS, BV) sign-off and documentation compilation.

Quality Control & Testing
Non-Destructive Testing (NDT): 100% Radiographic Testing (RT) or Ultrasonic Testing (UT) on critical pressure welds, along with Dye Penetrant Testing (PT).
Pressure & Leak Testing: Hydrostatic testing up to 1.5x design pressure, followed by high-sensitivity Helium Leak Detection on vacuum lines.
Cryogenic Liquid Nitrogen Functional Testing: Full operational cold-testing using liquid nitrogen to verify thermal shrinkage, pump alignment, seal integrity, and flow rates under actual cryogenic conditions.
Electrical & Automation FAT: Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) covering safety loop interlocks, emergency shutdowns, and instrument calibration.
