Working Process
LNG Unloading
An LNG tanker connects to the station unloading system. LNG is transferred into the storage tank through a low-temperature pump or pressure-building arrangement.
Cryogenic Storage
LNG remains in the vacuum-insulated storage tank at approximately -162°C. The insulation system limits heat ingress and reduces vapor generation.
Pressure Building
When tank pressure requires adjustment, LNG can be pumped directly or partially vaporized to generate BOG and return it to the tank, keeping pressure within the preset range.
LNG Refueling
Pressurized LNG passes through vacuum-insulated piping to the dispenser. The dispenser controls the filling process and measures the quantity delivered to the vehicle.
BOG & EAG Treatment
Evaporated gas is managed through the BOG recovery/return system. EAG is processed through the designated heater and discharge system to maintain safe operating conditions.
